This episode killed me. Let me give you some backstory. When I was watching this episode, I had been having a rough-ish day. I wanted to be able to let go and see happy Kara with her friends just having fun. But then I remembered what had happened in the last season. Mon-El had been…

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone Review
Harry is a lonely boy who lives with his horrible aunt, uncle, and cousin Dudley. His life with them is miserable as they hate being stuck with him after Harry’s parents died in a car accident. Near his 11th birthday, he starts to get letters, but his Uncle is sure to hide them from him.…
Divine Madness Review (CHERUB Book 5)
Songs I listened to while reading this: Does it count only the chorus’s of these songs were stuck in my head the entire time I was reading this book? I think it counts. James, Lauren, and Dana go on a mission to infiltrate a cult’s headquarters. This cult, called the Survivors, has…
Voodoo and Fate Review
Song that I listened to while reading this: https://soundcloud.com/beyondthescene/we-dont-talk-anymore-pt-2-bts-jimin-jk?in=alexandra-mack-3/sets/bts As a new fan of BTS, I had only heard Jungkook’s 2U cover before. However, this song is also amazing and calming, which was just what I wanted to get through this book. Chanti is a Voodoo practitioner in New Orleans, and she is one of…

Addict of the Wasteland Review
Song for this book: This song is way happier than the actual prequel, but it did help me to focus and finish this novella in one sitting. Abel is one of many who are addicted to plez, willing to do anything in the wasteland in order to get more of it. After refusing to rob…

Fanfictions of the Week!
So I have become addicted to fanfiction again. This time, I have been reading way more BTS fanfiction than I should, on Archive of Our Own. It is rather weird when I think about it and realize that I have been reading stories written about real people, but I enjoyed those stories immensely. Here are…
Lord of the Flies Review
A group of boys crash land on an island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. All of these boys seem to be between the ages of 6-12, and they do not know what they are supposed to do without adults to guide them. Luckily, Ralph uses a conch shell to bring all the boys on the…
